Situated in the heart of County Wicklow Ballybeg House is the ideal location for that laid back and stylish celebration you have been dreaming of. When you hire Ballybeg for your nuptials you have the entire place to yourself…even for the next day too. It’s a no brainier really.
When Anne & Keith asked Funky Functions to be part of their celebrations we jumped at the chance. Every time we’ve sent a Wedding Dj to this beautiful corner of Wicklow, the party atmosphere has been off the scale!
Arriving at Ballybeg just as the wedding meal was coming to an end we were able to set up our equipment hassle free. The staff including Tee, the wedding co-ordinator, were more than helpful which made our job a breeze.
Once we were all set up, we assisted the happy couple with the cake cutting and then it was party time..
After a romantic first dance the party wasted no time in cranking itself up..80’s, 90’s and current chart hits all went down a treat. However, it was during the last hour that the floor really became alive! 90’s dance hits and club classics all the way, with the crowd chanting ’10 more tunes, 10 more tunes’ long past the Dj’s stop time! A memorable wedding in a memorable venue. We can’t wait until the next time we are asked to Dj at Ballybeg House to do it all again.
